Well, I've got 3 weeks down. Last quit I had I went 4 weeks, so I'm anxious to make it past that. It has been easy the last week. I haven't had cravings and the thoughts of smoking have decreased quite a bit. I can do this....I can be a non-smoker!!!! Congratulations 3 weeks is awesome. Remember to reward yourself. I think the nice rewards really helped me maintain my quit, and it don't matter how big they are, just some little reward. Remind yourself everyday how hard it was in the beginning and how great you feel, look and smell now. Its not easy but its worth it!!
