Well who would have thought it, I had my last fag 9 months and 14 hours ago. There have been some rough moments but I just know that I will never smoke again, this is the longest I have ever been quit. I know I don't come here anywhere near as often as I once did because I don't have as much time. Also it was getting in the way of my work and I was worried that I may get the sack but I would just like to thank you all for the tremendous support everyone gets on here. So I just thought I would have a little bounce to celebrate....
