Am I bad not to have a reward?
I really couldnt afford to smoke anymore. So just having more money is a reward in itself.
My skin is amazing, I used to pay a fortune for anti wrinkle cream etc - and this is costing me nothing.
I can breath, for the first time in ages, I can run up the stairs, I can actually say whole sentences without gasping for air. I can feel the air in my lungs.
I have so much more free time.
Those things are my reward. They are huge rewards to me.
Good skin
Being able to breath
More energy
Money goes SOOO far now. Which is great as I dont have loads
Coming on here when I reached an important milestone and people caring and saying well done, that is honestly the biggest reward of all.
Oh, and I bought some designer sunglasses. I also bought some great stuff for my teeth. It removed the nicotine stains from my teeth, and now my teeth are really sparkly and white.
Thats three weeks in, sparkly teeth, skin that is youthful and fresh, so much so I look like i have had botox.. lol..
I think those things are massive rewards. :)
