Hiya Christine! I am doing terrific, so GREAT to see you on the ship here! I can't believe it has been almost 80 days, it feels like forever since I quit. I rarely think about smoking at all now. Occasionally my brain turns to 'oh time to have a cig' and then I remember that I quit. I find that part of the quit truly bizarre but it's like craving chocolate or something, comes in and goes out so fast that you don't even think twice about it!
