Here I am at 40 days!!! I never thought in a million years I could go this long. It is a daily struggle. Actually the beginning was easier than the past few days. Craves have been strong and I have been thinking about the smokes more, but I have not caved in...I will not give in. I know I can do this. Happy 40 to Riverdale Man also. What a ride this has been. I would sure be glad to see the roller coaster slow down a bit.
