Congratulation golferman, 9 months wooohooo! I don't know a lot of golfing analogies, but here goes. May all your Birdies be Eagles, and may you always be on par. Did that make sense? I don't know what to say about Bogies. lol. Congratulations Joe! Nine months is AWESOME! Hey....you think if you call them up and tell them that you quit smoking for one full year that they'll let you play at the National? Maybe they'll let you join the PGA tour. :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/1/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 229 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,589 Amount Saved: $801.5 Life Gained: Days: 20 Hrs: 5 Mins: 20 Seconds: 2

Hi gang, I normally don't post my monthly annys, but in this case I have to toot my horn! This month is especially exciting for me as I have not only been inducted into the Hall of Fame, but today I am now 9 months quit and just 3 short months away from my first year of my new, smoke free life! Many thanks to one and all and I look forward to seeing all of my peers hit that one year mark with me as a few more calendar pages turn over. When I hit that one year anny on May 15th, it will be a Monday.. but no work that day for da Joester.. you will find me rewarding myself on some very nice golf course somewhere! To all of you newbies and others who may be struggling, please hang on... quitting is so worth it. Smoking is the fools way of dealing with lifes issues. You are all smart people, stay the course! Hi gang, Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts! I am planning on playing Fuzzy Zoeller's course, Covered Bridge. He lives across the river (Louisville is on the Ohio River) in southern Indiana. This is a first class club and I'm looking forward to it. Lady... if I had the chance to play with a PGA tour pro I would probably get paired with John Daly with my luck! (a chain smoking golfer!) redrosie.. cool picture and I love those birdies! duffis... what can I say? You are one class act! Yep, the wife is quit right along with me.. same exact stats! hummy... May will be the month of the Party !!!! All you other wonderful folks... you make this such a great place!!! Next anny post from me will be 5/15/06! See you all there!! Be Strong.
