Congrats! And please keep up the ranting...Seems like everyone feeds off of it...It be a shame if we didn't have something to giggle hysterically about...At this point, I either laugh or cry...I prefer the latter... Keep up the good work! Brent, Brent.......what WOULD this site be without you?? Less British, perhaps a little saner??? But definitely boring...... AWESOME job, You're going to get to the beach before me, so I'm counting on you to give me the guided tour once I'm there. I happen to be partial to ramblings and rants. (especially on toast) Congrats on 62 days. Two months is a huge milestone. Congratulations. Next stop...three months. Always enjoy your posts although I'm not sure I always understand them. We have BBC here too and sometimes I'm not sure if I'm watching a comedy or a tragedy. Common language difficulties I guess. I just realised, I've stopped for 62 days. I'm rather proud of myself. Soap update (from "A foolproof way to an easy quit"). The dog has been put down and the carpet thrown out. It was so wet in there that Duffis got trenchfoot. Lady is the best preened bird on the block and Brent has choked on humble pie. Joe has become consumed with guilt and has opened a retreat for slippers and we have all got so large that we have shown up on the early warning defense network as an aircraft carrier. (If any of you are confused......see the original post) Thanks for the amazing responses to my various ramblings guys and girls. I'm always surprised and delighted to get a reaction. The intention however is not to get lots of replies, I simply find it theraputic to write whatever comes into my head. It's part of my quit process. I also want to say that although I make fun of some situations and people from time to time, it is not meant to offend or upset and is done with a great deal of affection.......especially for you Duffis. Thanks for the update, Brent. You are a hoot. And very observant, I might add. I'm a bit glad you weren't here in the early days of my quit when my posts were a little strange. Oh, I guess they're still strange. Cold Turkeys are odd ducks.
