I'm taller, girls & I have gained I don't even want to know how much. I used to be tall & thin, like Teri Hatcher. Now I'm statuesque, like Susan Sarandon. That's what's getting me thru the night & I'm keeping it! I have stepped up the exercise &, like I said before, never was much of a foody, so overeating or eating junk (or the sink) isn't an issue for me. BUT, I still have a great, big, fat ash & it's very stubborn! My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/13/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 127 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,540 Amount Saved: $1,397.00 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 17 Mins: 55 Seconds: 20

You're a short ash too!??? Yeah we can bounce together! I have been away from my exercise program for a few weeks, since vacation, but back at the walking today! Feels good! At least I didn't gain a whole lot more. Its time for me! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 196 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,900 Amount Saved: $2,067.80 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 23 Mins: 13 Seconds: 54

Hang in there Chickies! Just remember, losing the weight is easier than quitting smoking. Put your quit first, the rest will come. Two years ago when I quit I lost weight. This time I gained fifteen so far, and its getting scarey because I am pretty low to the ground so I am beginning to feel like a beach ball. YIKES! (But you taller people can hide it better!) :8o: My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 195 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 4,875 Amount Saved: $2,057.25 Life Gained: Days: 23 Hrs: 21 Mins: 49 Seconds: 33

No one told you not to eat the sink either? lol. We might need to be exercise or healthy eating or both buddies. I'm on the fast train to a moo moo myself. lol. :gasp: But, you're right... at least we won't be smoking! :8|: My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 22 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 660 Amount Saved: $128.70 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 1 Mins: 10 Seconds: 58
