Advice anyone?

17 years ago 0 12 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
My cravings are extremely intense, almost to the point where I feel like I am going insane. I really need some advice as to how can I calm them down. The worst times for me is right after eating, while on the internet(right now!), and driving. I have somehow managed to somewhat ignore them throughout the day by doing some sort of physical exercise, but these 3 times in the day are driving me crazy! I know that eating candy or keeping something in your mouth is supposed to help, but I have never been too much of a candy eater. I've been drinking water like an athlete. (My body is at least getting cleansed! Lol) Any other tips would be a huge help to me. Thanks.
