Hi Mike, Good to hear from you and look at you with 200 smokefree days and $1,400 saved! Way to go!!! I almost immediately replaced smoking with walking (and sitting here online at the SSC.) I added a variety of exercise DVDs, and now I belong to the Y. Unfortunately I haven't lost a pound of the 12 or so that I gained, but as a smoker I wouldn't have been able to do all this exercise. I also replaced my addiction to sodas with tea and water. Great post, Mike!
