Sparky, your words speak volumes about the type of person you are.  Even though you are struggling with this addiction, you still come here to remind others that it's not worth having "just one".
When you're ready to give it another shot, remember the advice that you just gave others, and you will definitely succeed.  I know you will.  Miss ya!   Jazz

I'm glad you still come around, Sparky.  I think about you.  I know your scared, I've been there many times before.  We're here with helping hands when you're ready.  One crave at a time, we'll help you.  I always made the mistake of looking at the "big picture", until this time.  Sometimes I would look no further ahead than the next hour!  Take your time...we love you whether you smoke or not!

Beautifully said sparky!

I can hear the passion in your words.  You can do this sparky.  Just keep trying and trying until it sticks.  I know you want it bad enough.  Have faith that you can beat this addiction.  It won't be easy but don't you want to stop thinking about quitting and actually celebrate your quit?  Whenever you are ready we will be right here for you.

If you could speak to yourself 10 years from now what do you think your future self would say about your smoking?

I haven't posted in quit some time because I went back to smoking.  I have had 2 or 3 failed attempts since my last quit.  The reason I am posting is if I can get through to just one of you I feel like jumping in will be worthwhile.  Many of you have seen me come and go over that last few years.  I am struggling beyond belief right now.  So if any of you are thinking that one won't make if difference, STOP IT!!  It does.  You know I am so scared right now not knowing if I can do this again and I want you all to know how proud of you  I am.  I wake up thinking about quitting and I go to bed thinking about quitting and afraid to commit one more time.  I have tried almost everything there is out there and yet I continue to mess up.  So please embrace every single moment you have smoke free and celebrate.  God Bless You All!!!

Keep the Quit
Sparky
