I needed a little help from Zyban also.  But about two weeks into my quit I stopped using it.  I am also proud of stats.

My secret?  After years and years of trying to quit, I finally got serious, talked to my doctor, and took all the help I could get.  That included staying close right here on SSC, wearing a nicotine patch and taking zyban.  I no longer use NRT's, but I can tell you that they REALLY helped when I needed them.  So remember, TAKE ALL THE HELP YOU CAN GET!!!!!!!

Good luck to new quitters!!!!
