Deb, Nice to see you back on your quit, looks like your managing through it the right way this time yeah..
Your story reminded me of a case report that came into my office when I was working for a nicotine patch manufacturer and it involved this woman who was rushed to the emergency room for heart palpitations and they were not sure what the problem was and she did show very high heart rate.  Well on further observation they found a patch on her buttocks area and when they pulled it off asking about it she turned bright red and explained that she was not a smoker at all.  She then went on to explain how she was making love with her partner and everything was going great until she started feeling dizzy. Her partner was trying to quit smoking and was on the patches. Then the docs were all looking at each other trying to figure out how that patch got in that location and they all laughed.  Swear to god it was written up in scientific journal later.

Hope that laugh gets you through another day!

HAHA good story cvdeb!  But its no fun having nightmares!  Many patch users experience this problem.  If you remove the patch two hours before you sleep and then reapply in the morning this should alleviate the nightmares and restless sleeping. So try this and hopefully there will be no more appearances of cujo minnie!

NOPE!

Well, the good thing is that you have hair for the patch to hold onto!  :)  My father wouldn't have this problem!  LOL!  So glad you can find laughter in all of this!  It really does make the day go better!
