My husband is boiling some crawfish and veggies at this very moment. Hopefully, I'll be able to handle the spice! I'll let you know shortly! I have tasted.... freedom from the bonds of slavery to nicotine! Ok, that's lame. (but true) Chocolate never tasted better, melting slowly on my tongue, starting out bitter and ending up so sweet. My Capt. Morgan is tasting even spicier...am I allowed to say that? hello i have drank coffee for years but since the quit i dont like the tast or smell of it,another thing is i kept to same brand of toothpast for years as well i dont like the tast of that either. Im finding i eat more slowly and and enjoy my food more now as i can tast all the flavours, again some things i enjoyed eating before the quit i dont like now. Sense of smell is another after a couple of days in to my quit i washing washing my hair and the shampoo was so over powering and strong and i found for a week or more i was going round deep breathing in and smelling everything it felt as if i had been reborn :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/3/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 42 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 853 Amount Saved: 214.2 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 20 Mins: 30 Seconds: 34

KiwiKeith, Once your tastebuds adjust, you may be able to tolerate a little more spice. They are a little sensitive in the beginning. These are all great! Keep them coming! Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team
