Hi All! I'm still here and nicotine free after more than 2 weeks. The thing that amazes me most is that after going through unsuccessful quits in the past, this one is going along quite smoothly. After all the anxiety and fear I had while trying to get myself to commit to it, the actual quit has been easier than the preparation. I've had no drugs to help, but positive affirmations and hypnosis CDs have gotten me this far. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 11/16/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 16 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 490 Amount Saved: $80 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 4 Mins: 21 Seconds: 37

Here and doing better each week. Not as depressed and insecure feeling as I was a few weeks back. Looking forward to the 12 week point where I think I'll begin to feel pretty normal again.
