and the end of the weekend were perfect! i'm doing good! it's hot in Chios and tomorrow i'm going back to Athens. Can't really say that i'm looking forward to it but can't do differently. I thought about smoking lots of times.. but it came to me the habit..no the lack of nicotine..or at least that's what i felt. Then i thought, that if i really wanted to smoke and i couldn't keep it any longer,i would have taken the car and drive to the center to buy cigs. Being far and not having something around is not an excuse of not buying cigs! the truth is that i didn't want to buy cigs and that makes it even better!! a new week begins tomorrow. I need 2 more days to finish my hell week... Let's take the habit out of our lives!! Terrific job you are doing there Kate :) Consider rewarding yourself now okay? Everytime you resist a temptation you should give yourself a little reward. The reward can be as simple as 'a mint you like'...just be sure to tell yourself 'this is my reward for staying strong'. AND At the end of each smoke free day you CAN give yourself another reward for making it through the day.
