Hello everyone, I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I've been really busy and have had no time on the computer at all. I'm still smoke free(200 days today).I think I'm thru for good. I can't remember the last time I wished I could smoke or was envious of a smoker I see on the street. Life is still hard for me... my 17year old son ensures that fact on a regular basis.LOL Thanks to the great support and information on this site I can now cope with the hard times without longing for a smoke. I can honestly say my desire to not smoke exceeds any fleeting desire I have to smoke!! So today I want to pledge something new... I pledge to come to this site at least 1 day each week to give a little support back to those in need of it in their various stages of quitting. I admire the members who have dedicated themselves to giving back and hope I am able,in some small way, to do the same. Thanks again to everyone for helping me stay quit!! :) No jokin' still not smokin'!! on 200 wonderful smoke free days, you did it Cuddles It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
