:p I see you took me off the list because I had not been on line for a while and posting. PLEASE PUT ME BACK ON THE LIST IF YOU WOULD PLEASE!! I am still here and quite smoke free. It has been horribly tough on me, but I DID IT !!! Sunday, our brother in law brought me 22 scratch off lotto tickets, as it had been 22 days of non smoking for me. Ha, I won $23.00 on them, plus one free ticket, lol. He was so proud of me quitting smoking and told my husband how proud he was (hubby quit 1-1/2 years ago) I do a lot of chewing on a plastic straw, the kind that has a place that bends. I also suck air thru it. This has all been quite a trip, but is getting easier. Some days I still crave, and others not so much, this ticks me off, cause I think I am over it, then a new day comes, and I want a smoke. Can you believe that? I just go walking with my straw in mouth. People call it my long cigarette, haha!
