I have a suggestion on another main topic on Forum?

That's a great idea!

In the meantime it would be a good idea to start threads on specific coping mechanisms or issues.  Feel free to create the threads and I am sure members will reply.

Glad to hear you are feeling better!

Hi Everyone:

I just had a thought.  We are all trying to beat depression and we always talk about
"coping skills".  Could we have a section on Coping Skills which would include things
members have tried that have worked for them.  or  Questions about if there are any
other ideas for coping for them next time.  This can be a brainstorming section to
help others on coping.

Unless you already have a category that I was not sure where
you do put things that have worked for you in your recovery.  So, what do the
educators or members think?  Looking to hear from the consensus, or if they think
this may be possible next time they do another version of dc. I would be interested
in positive and negative view points. Thanks for listening.

PS: I am extremely much better than Friday evening and I am all here in my center
where I am meant to be, which means calm and grounded.
