My daughters and I decided yesterday that we didn't need men/boys in our lives in order to celebrate Valentine's Day, and went out to buy ourselves a box of chocolates each (with lovely pink bows). We rented a couple of chick flicks and spent a perhaps not romantic but definitely loving evening together with popcorn, chocolate, and a box of tissues. :)

Tomorrow is Valentines Day! It’s a chance for lovers to express their love for each other and exchange a romantic meal together or share other signs of affection. This year it’s estimated that approximately one billion cards will be sent out, 85% of them by women! So pick up some flowers, write a nice card and get all ready to spend a romantic night with your loved one. This year try treating yourself to an extra special day. Make an appointment for a massage or have a nice bubble bath. Try picking yourself up a little something extra at the store or prepare a romantic meal for your loved one.
