What motivates you?

Something that motivates me actually has nothing to do with anxiety....but in a way it does.

Over the last 2 and a bit years, I've lost over 90 lbs.  It has been very gradual and I did it all on my own...no fad diets or anything.  Just eating better and exercise.

When someone comments on how good I look and how much weight I've lost (especially when it's someone I haven't seen in a while), it motivates me to keep doing what I'm doing....especially the exercising.  And exercise is good for anxiety...so............

I don't really see myself as having lost that much weight.  Yes...I've pretty much had to buy a whole new wardrobe...but I still have all kinds of flabby skin and body image issues I need to work on.

Anyway....yeah.  That's it.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone (in Canada) and Go Jays Go!!
