Correction: What I meant to say is when you want to move a post up to the top of a forum like Mod's Corner which has many threads with lots of titles. It can be very hard for a new member to find a Welcome post so I just clicked on the thread titled Welcome New Members and moved it up to the top Mod's Corner and typed Bump. Which put it on the home page for people to see that are thinking about joining and also for new member to see without having to fine it by chance. People do this all the time on line when they think a post or topic might help someone. I hope I didn't upset anyone. I just wanted the new members or people thinking about joining to see the Welcome post.
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner to explain what Bump is for. I was busy mowing my yard. I should of explained it before I bumped it. Bumping is when you want to move a post back up to the top of a thread. I wanted to make sure the new members say the Welcome post so I bumped it up to the top. I thought they might not see it buried below all the other posts. When I first starting going on line and in the group I did not know to click on topics and threads and that their were more posts underneath. I thought maybe some of the new members may not have been on line or in a group before. It can be hard to figure out when you are new to the Internet.
It is very nice of you to welcome all new members. I will join you in welcoming all new members and encourage them to post and introduce themselves. We are all here for each other!
I want to welcome all the new members to the program and support group. I am so glad you are here. You can help to make this a better and more well rounded group by participating. Please feel free to post when you are ready. I look forward to hearing from you all soon.
