It does help, the headphone thing is a good idea, not sure if i'm going to go tho, I know my husband is going to be annoyed, I feel so worked up, i'm trying to just relax and see what brings, Supposed to be raining and high winds, and i'm not sure if I want to put myself thru the ride today. It seems that everytime we go, we pick bad weather to go in.
hey, im having a bit of an arguement with my hubby, I feel set back today, we're supposed to go on this trip to the inlaws, and i've sort of backed out of it. I think i'm spending too much time at home, and I just dont want to go, its always so busy when we go there, and i know i'm missing out, he's not happy with my decision. I feel guilty about maybe not going. i've never been able to say no, without feeling guilt. Its going to be fun if I go, but today I feel I dont want to go now..I also upped my meds today to a new dose. doctors orders.
thats a good idea, my sister gave me noise reduction headsets, maybe i should just take a nap in the back and leave the driving to the professionals, I feel if I cant see the road clearly my husband wont be able to and we'll have an accident, he said to trust him, but you know how us anxious people are..:)
I just read avoidance no.4 and that is exactly me. I havent unpacked yet, I put my stuff in the case, and got dressed. I'm reading some of the homework pages.
Hi all, I decided in the end not to go, I did it without being hysterical and my hubby said it was ok. Next week I asked him to take me for a long drive even if the weather is bad, so I can do my exposure practice. thanks for all your support.
HI Birdie, I find it takes all the worries away, I wanted to garden today but its kinda damp and cool, maybe it will dry up a bit later.
have a great weekend.
i baked my husbands favourite cookies and some bread while he was away, he enjoyed them, so kept busy, Thats one of my other fav things to do for relaxing :) baking, and licking the bowl..hehe
hi michael, I had a similar thing with paxil, when i had to get off it. It took me months to get off them, those funky feelings in the head go away, once the pills are out of your system, just keep at it, it takes a while but check with your doc..good luck keep us posted.
