One module per week or not?

I print off all the weeks, this way I have them with me, and if i'm away, I can take them and read them.

gardening

HI everyone, I have not been indoors most of the day lately. With the warming weather I decided to clean up the garden. On sunday I spent 8 hours raking and cleaning up. Monday ahd Tuesday I neglected my indoor chores, and was out cleaning. Its so relaxing, and you get exercise at the same time. My neighbours were out walking and complimented on the clean up. It felt good to hear the compliments and too do all the work. Its great to get the fresh air. I find it so relaxing, yet energising and i've been sleeping well as i'm exhausted. If you live in an apartment, of course its a lot harder, but try go for a walk in your local garden centre and just touch and look at all the plants. Its very soothing.:)

Am I just being too tough on myself?

HI Diva, I started my new meds, they are helping a lot. My brother says, that diabetics take insulin, we take meds. There is nothing wrong with it, at first i was very sceptical. It took me forever to pick up the new ones or take them even. But i've done a few more things this week then i did the last few months. Good job on going to school and dealing with everything. You're doing great:) :)

Obsessively Afraid

Since I wrote the last message, I havent been thinking as much about death. I went out with my neighbour and her baby, and I was thinking how precious babies are, and we wouldnt go telling a little kid about how we feel and fear, so why should we have to put ourselves through these thoughts? I think because i'm getting older, and I turn 45 on the 4th of May, I feel that i'm going to get old and die soon. that is so scary. But then most people say that these are the best times of your life. So instead I decided to throw a big birthday bash, instead of hiding it. I am having the family and the neighbours all coming for a bbq. I feel young at heart, isnt that the main thing? Everyone thinks i'm early 30's and most cannot belive i'm going to be 45. So thats a compliment to me...i'm rambling cornish-dee..hehe!!!

Just an anxiety attack

Hi ann, you gave me an idea about taking my headset to the dentist in may. I have to have a crown. I'm nervous. My new dentist seems nice, she said they have different ways to help the anxious patients. I"m scared of the needle. At an appointment at my old dentist, they hurt me with the needle and I screamed so loud my husband heard me in the waiting room. I dont like the novocaine numbness, i get panicky. I will discuss the issues with my new dentist..thanks for the ideas.

have to take a trip today

Hi everyone, Every month we take a drive to the inlaws about an hour and a half away. Over the winter months, we had some really scary driving conditions, whiteout, and I was terrified. I"m not the driver, but i was terrified. Over the easter weekend I stayed home and didnt go out because of the weather, there was a winter storm warning, my husband went, but I didnt go. Now the weather is fine, but i'm scared to go now. There is a family thing going on, and I feel frozen about getting in the car and going on the trip. Its not far, and my husband has done this route a million times. I checked the weather a million times, and it says rain, but what if it gets bad and we're away..!!!then we have to come back in it..any advice?
