My Lukewarm Turkey Plan Worked

6 years ago 0 1 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hello,
I just wanted to share my method as I am now 5 days past quitting after 20 a day and 5 years of smoking. Think of it like a meal recipe...

You'll Need...

1 X Metal Pot
1 X Bag of Sand

Fill the pot with sand and have it as your outdoor smoking bin, make sure it keeps dry

After you've built up a supply of used cigarette butts then your good work will begin.

Forget holding onto your last cigarette as an emergency or buying extra packets, you now have a plentiful supply of disgusting cigarette butts.

Day 1: Finish off your last cigarette, throw the packet away out of sight, you can visit your metal bin whenever you like.

GET THROUGH THE FIRST NIGHT, the evening will be the worst, you must get past this first day, so occupy yourself with enjoyable things to do where a cigarette is not the reward at the end

Day 2: You made it, well done, visit the metal bin whenever you like

Day 3: Keep visiting that bin, eventually you will think of yourself as disgusting, like picking through the dumpster for garbage to eat, you will begin to think of yourself as pathetic

You will eventually disgust yourself with your cigarette butt behaviour that you will quit and you will also realise you may have had 9 butts but thats only 3/4 of a cigarette, better than the 20 you had every day.

You also need to keep a level plateau where nothing dramatic happens during this time to start you off.

Best of Luck!
