Hi Saf,
 It's good to hear that you are still on your quit journey and hanging in there.  Don't worry about the extra weight you are gaining right now. Once you get your quit under control, then you can work on losing the weight. Stopping smoking should be your first priority right now, it's deadlier than gaining a little weight.  "however started working out now so hoping that will help control it" Exercise is good for you whether or not you need to lose weight. After quitting smoking, you might actually enjoy exercising too, since you will have gained more self esteem in yourself for quitting smoking.  
Stay strong and watch out for those triggers.

Still staying stronger the tenth and 14th day where harder than the sixth.
 
For mr now it the continuos hunger ive put on 5kg since I stopped, however started working out now so hoping that will help control it.
 
And yesterday I did what i promised myself which was to as my reward and now hope that goes up in value and I will be very happy.
