Well I made it to day 7.  This is not my first quit attempt, although it is my first cold turkey attempt. I used the patch for previous attempts.  The patch is very good but I always felt that if I had a slip it would be okay because I could put the patch back on and start fresh.  It's different this time and I'm feeling confident that I will be successful this time around.
