Twice a week we will be CBT day.
The first post of the week a Health Educator will launch a challenge. Members are encouraged to take on the challenge and post their results. A few days later, a Health Educator will post specific tips and strategies to aid you in the way you look/interpret yourself and the way you view the world.
This past month we have had you focus on anger and its counterparts. It is now time to discuss one last component; the power of positive thinking. Over the next week, we invite all members to keep track with pen & paper how many good or positive thoughts are you having each day?
