Managing Time

13 years ago 0 11226 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi members,
Managing your time is essential for your well being, body and mind.  Using preparation will assist you in gaining more time to concentrate on your progress.  Organize yourself and leave some time just for you.  Taking care of you, will help you take care of others.

What do you want to accomplish today?  Make an achievable list and don’t forget to include sometime to relax and wind down.

Remember, if the dishes or laundry don’t get done, they will still be there tomorrow and you will be ready for them!

How do you manage your time? What works for you? What doesn't?
