   That's the way to do it!  Personally, during the first part of my quit, I was on here a LOT!  I read and read and then I started posting more and more to support my fellow quit buddies!  In doing so, I felt that it continuously re-affirmed my determination to beat the addiction!  Also, I have met some very special cyber friends and quit buddies! 
 
   So, do what you think is best for you in your quit, but just remember, we're all here for ya when ever you need us!
