It smells good today

Hey Lance. I feel for you. I thought that living with one smoker is bad... that's nothing compared with what you're going through... For me it works if I just get out of the house: for a walk, the store... something. Smelling the fresh air, breathing in... yeah, the reminder of WHY I chose to quit.
Keep the quit

That is a tough spot to be in, but for you've been in tat spot for the entire 36 days you've been quit. So we know that you can be in it and not smoke. You are an inspiration to others who feel they can't quit because they share the house with one smoker. Don't give all of those days back. Keep marching ahead. Keep your eyes on the prize.

5 smokers in one house must be really tough!

Relax and take it easy tonight; maybe try to get to bed early.  It will be tomorrow before you know it.  Maybe you can pick up some air freshener tomorrow?

Im in a living situation with 5 guys that smoke. It is constantly by me day in and day out. Lately it smells bad. Today, which is not so hot, it smells good. Man is it hard right now. Nothing to snack on, no gum and not feeling up to the store. I cant wait for tomorrow! A new chance for a better day.
