100 days

100 days and counting!!!  Congratulations!

It's a great achievement and one to be remembered......when you feel the Nicodemon snapping at your heels.  Remember how you feel to be more than 100 days quit, or when you have a crave.  You do not want to repeat these days again!

One day at a time, and N.O.P.E. (Not One Puff Ever)                                    Whatever it takes, just don't smoke!

Love Lolly.

PS.  Do keep in touch and let us know how you are doing.

Hey Hamlet!!!

Look at that!  Now you're up to 122 big smoke-free days!  You're doing freaking awesome, buddy!!  Keep on doing what you are doing, one day at a time!

Thanks for your kind words on my post!  I just wanted to remind you that I was in your shoes once upon a time and I have all the confidence in the world that you will be strutting over 2000 smoke free days on down the line!  Why?  Because I know that you want your freedom just as much as I wanted mine!  It's going to keep on getting better and better every day!

       Cheers!!!

Hey Hamlet!!!

Congrats!!!  You cruised right on up to the beach!  You have reached one of the huge milestones on your quit journey!  Be sure to reward yourself for reaching these biggie milestones!  It really helps to keep that carrot gangling in front of your nose and finally getting a bite out of it!

Keep on taking it one smoke-free day at a time and never look back!

Well, Hamlet. Aren't you the sneaky one? Sliding into 100 days without much of a peep in a long time. So glad your quit is going well.
