Hi Everyone, I just wanted to come on here and post that I am 4 days away from 1 month smoke free and I feel great! For my 1 month reward my hubby is taking me to my favorite restaurant for my favorite dish: grilled shrimp! I am so excited! Although I have had withdrawls and terrible cravings I know I will never pick up that cig again. Thanks to everyone of you! Without the help on this site I couldn't have got through this month! I can now look forward to more smoke free days with confidence!
