I am now 11 weeks smoke free, and 2 days nicotine free. Stopped using the patch, Friday was the last day. Has not been too bad but that may be due to having had major dental work done and I am on antibiotics and pain killers. Since I can only eat soft foods for the next few days, hopefully it will help with the weight. Have gained about 7 pounds since I stopped smoking. Hopefully I will not gain any more now that I am not using the patch. If I stay smoke and nicotine free, I plan to treat myself to something special with the money I saved when I go to San Francisco in May.
