It now is 10 full weeks without a cigarette.
Some days have been harder than others. But from the information I read here, I now realize that it will get easier, but that I will always have some cravings. I will just have to work my way through them.
This web site has been a no cigarette (life) saver for me. Whenever I feel that noone understands how I feel, I can come here and find the help I need. I have suggested this site to people who are planning to quit.
My cats really appreciate that I am getting in control of this.
