Valic Congrats on your quit. You are doing just great! :) And yes, it is nice to not have to go outside for a smoke in the rain and cold! Good job Valic glad to see the craves are better. It is nice to not worry about running outside for a smoke isn't it. It used to be a big part of my day and for the most part don't miss it. Good luck and keep the quit :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 57 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,140 Amount Saved: $370.50 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 3 Mins: 36 Seconds: 24

Hey everyone, I think the cravings have toned down a bit. I was craving massive last week to the point where I wanted to rip my hair out. But this week only 1 or 2 craves. Does that mean progress. Ya know I know this may sound mean but yesterday is was pouring rain here and I was watching all the smokers go outside and get soaked and I had to laugh. I am so glad that is not me anymore, keep on with the quits!
