Day Twelve

18 years ago 0 61 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi all, Today was a good day. I had my cold cut trio at subway again. I think I need to be more careful with the food or I'll end up just breaking even. Money wise I mean. I don't know if this will help anyone but when I first quit I decided that I had to find something to do on my break besides just working harder. I personally find it helpful to go and sit in my car on every break(besides lunch)and listen to music on my stereo. That way your not working for 8 hours straight slowly going insane. It helped me anyway just thought I'd throw it out there. I live in Canada but I work for an American company so I will be getting a four day weekend starting tomorrow. Yeah me. Good bye for another day. Joe P.S - Stay strong! jojo0195's Quit Stats Since November 10, 2006, I've been smoke-free for: 12 Days, 19 Hours, 48 Minutes, 38 Seconds. Good way to take a break, Jojo. Walking or some other form of excersize helps me to reboot my brain early in the quit. How's it going? Are you staying strong through the weekend? My goodness, Jojo, you are doing so well! I am impressed. The car was always a trigger for me, but a Ipod and a park close by have been helpful at the office. Keep up the fantastic quit! It really is important to keep taking your breaks. Sometimes I go for a walk in a park nearby or go visit someone in another office. Congratulations on 12 days!!!
