Congrats!!! Day 30 looks so far away right now... Good girl using visualizattion... I am doing that also.. Pictures when I smoked and the kids would move away, or the dogs sneeze. Smoke getting in my eyes, making them tear. Hang in there you are doing great and give me inspiration to follow. dawghouse

Went to Starbucks with a friend. Had a Vanilla Bean Frappucino. Yummy! Had a slight craving afterward. Would you believe someone had dropped a smoke right at the front door. My craving turned to visions of barfing and I squashed the smoke and walked out.
