Well, hows everybody today? I had a rough one. It started out pretty good as far as the morning went then about noon I started getting edgy and jittery. It wasn't any one thing or even anybody I could just feel myself getting mad. So I stopped what I was doing and got away from everybody and just chilled out for about 10 or 15 minutes. After that I felt much better and the rest of the day was cool. Heres to the rest of Hell week.... {And god bless the inventor of Atomic Fire Balls.} :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/18/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 4 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 93 Amount Saved: $15 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 13 Mins: 48 Seconds: 40

Hi Booster, you did the exact right thing. You saw you were stressed and then removed yourself from that situation. It's funny how a few deep fresh breaths can give you the same affect as a ciggie. Good job Booster!! I hear ya on the candy thing, I feel the same way about my (Wo)Mentos. Keep Strong.
