Hi Pappy

Yes my taste is getting better all the time, I do like to cook and one of my favorite dinners to make and cook is a spicy chicken curry with lemon rice. To think my taste has been dulled for over 40 years because of my smoking but now I'm getting it back ... I'm going to have to buy some licorice soon LOL

Have a happy smoke free day Pappy

Good morning John! Ahh the awesome sense of smell. Isn't it great  having the sense of smell returning and realizing just how much of the little things in life you were missing because of a terrible addiction. Have you also noticed how much better food tastes as well. I sure have and it's absolutely fabulous. Keep up the good work, your doing great!

I noticed my sense of smell is getting better I walked home from work in the rain this morning and the rain smelt very nice, I did not mind getting a bit wet and did not have to shield a cigarette from the rain, all these little things add up to make my quit journey very well worth it

Have a great smoke free day

I am noticing my health is improving (mental and physical) I'm happier less stressed, I have more energy, little things that used to bug me don't seem to matter now, my Wife says she has noticed a big difference in me and is pleased, all  in all I'm enjoying life more and all due to not smoking, only on day 11 and looking forward to the coming days of my quit

Hope you all have a happy smoke free day
