Boss has lung cancer

Hi John, Sorry to hear about your boss passing, and now your high school buddy is sick. Nothing good can come from smoking, nothing at all. Stay strong. Listen up folks, your life is in your hands literally. If you smoke now STOP. If you're a quitter keep it up! Not One Puff Ever.

I am so sad. My boss who I have had for 12 years and quit smoking 3 years beforw me has contracted lung cancer. This type of cancer give only about a 5% surival rate I am told. This is not good. If I was really shown what could happen I would have never put a cigarette in my mouth. I wish everyone here to be strong with their commitment. Life is not a trial run. Good luck to all.
