Day 16

So I was really mad at myself this morning I missed a fun work function this afternoon because i stayed up to late and slept in!!! ahh!! I had a strong craving for a cigarette when I realized that almost in a way to self soothe but all it would really be doing is punishing myself. I still have alot of brainwashing to uncover really. I can't believe it has been two weeks already around Xmas time it will be three weeks!! Yay for me! I bought some Blueberry tea at a place called Second Cup I am not sure if they have that in the states or UK I am guessing not, but who knows? I also stepped on the scale thinking I had gained a bunch of weight since I feel like I have been eating everything in sight and it says I have lost weight actually! How can that be?!?! So I guess thats kind of a good thing I was kind of worried about gaining a ton of weight nothing I cant choose to control though right? The blueberry tea is ok I kind of strong I wish I had got the chai tea, maybe next time.

P.S Thanks Janet for the gift! I was sooo happy to see I got one!!!!
