I bought step 2 patches

Lance,

I went the patch route and just finished the entire program.  Trust me, it is worth it.  This past Tuesday was the last day
of my step 3 patch.  One thing I noticed is that every time I started the next step, the first couple days were harder than the rest but then got easier.  It is because the amount of nicotine in the patches are reduced by half (or there abouts).  Just fight through the first few days after each step as it does get easier with each passing day.  I thought it would be really nerve wracking when I went from step 3 to going solo.  The first day or two was kind of weird, but a good weird.  I realized I was doing it and you can and are doing it too.

I had sleeping problems if I kept the patches on in bed!

Lance,

Cravings will continue to occur throughout your quit, use your coping mechanisms and remember that tomorrow is a fresh day!
Keep us updated and let us know if you get back on track.

I dont know if its the patches or what, but today has been a day of cravings. It still smells pretty bad though.

It may be the fact that I am still feeling "off". I couldnt sleep last night at all so I am just out of sync. I hope I start leveling out by tomorrow, so I can get back on track.
