Hi there Sticken, The ban here in California includes bars, restaurants, government building, shopping centers, depending on county some have a smoking area. If it is private property, like hospitals, some of them have made their entire place, like even parking lots smoke free.
My two cents worth ... Freedom is worth fighting for, sometimes the fight is hard, but doable and winnable.
