Back in the STONE AGE

I know there are new smokers every day. I also know there is not nearly as many as when I started.

If you didn't smoke you were different in the old days. Now if you smoke you are different.
It has to be related to why you want to drink. No one really likes the first taste of liquor nor the first puff of smoke. We gag and spit and try it again just to prove we can. How crazy is that.

Maybe with the information available there are fewer people starting to smoke. The higest rate of nicotine addiction now is in poverty stricken countrys. If life is tough you look for a crutch. At least it is no longer glamous. In fact we now know it is poison. I am so glad I do NOT smoke. It does no good to wish I had never started but it makes me smile to know I have quit.

My Milage:

My Quit Date: 7/4/2007
Smoke-Free Days: 383
Cigarettes Not Smoked: 7,660
Amount Saved: $1,532.00
Life Gained:
Days: 51 Hrs: 13 Mins: 46 Seconds: 40
