I'm still here and still smoke free. Doing well - no significant issues so far. A few cravings but they pass. I'll make it through the weekend for sure - I'll be here on Monday and I'll still be smoke free.

I know what your saying I can't believe we have come this far.
In the early day's I never thought I would make it,  It was so tough  But at the same time I take
on board what you said in a recent post even after all these months it's still a day at time or even an hour at a time,
We can never get complacent we have to guard our quit and always remember why we stopped in the first place.
Thank you for keeping me going when many times I thought I was loosing the battle.

Hello to all the new quitters just wondering how you are all doing to day?
 
I know for some it's a few days,  for others it's a week and for some a month
 
or so and I also know that each stage you get to has it's own challange
 
This is a tough journey to be on but one that is well worth the effort.
