Hi Moss - Cravings aren't as bad as they were but still there to an extent. I am happy to read that the medication is working for you and the passage of time has helped. I am also glad that you have a doctor who is experienced in addiction.
Kelly, yes, you are adopted into the No-Embers (really not that far behind me, ya know). How are you doing? Is the med helping?
Are the cravings gone, Natalie? Or at least subsided?
When I decided back in October to stop smoking, then hemmed and hawed about it before I chose my Q-Day, I knew I might have some problems but, all in all, not as bad as I had feared after being such a long time smoker and I had to be ready for a successful quit. After passing l50 days now, I am really motivated. I think I'll make it.
