Vent all you want JuJu. That's a hard week to go through, but you are so very correct. I lost more quits giving in to anxiety than I wish to count. I finally learned, it doesn't help one bit! :)
So sorry for your loss. Try to remeber the good times and celebrate their lives.

My thoughts are with you Judi at this most difficult time. I suppose if there is one ray of sunshine in your loss it is that they are each now one of the creators free spirits, and your friend no longer has to struggle to breathe. Mourn their loss by all means, but also celebrate their freedom. Hugs

Two days into my quit my newborn granddaughter, Melody, died.I knew the funeral would be so terribly hard on the whole family..and it was. I,as strange as this may sound, didn't think about smoking... actually seemed too trivial to consider. Then this morning I found out my best friend died of complications with her COPD last night. I feel complete sorrow, depression, and anger but still no smoking urges. I just know one thing for sure, smoking a cigarette isn't going to make anything better and I will not smoke. Thanks all for letting me vent. Judi
