I would say all the facts that my quit meter presents to me keeps me going on days when i wanna think again about my quit.
Smoking is something that i liked doing. The smell, the money, the habit and health concerns are the parts that i didn't enjoy. So...reading a quit meter like yours makes me want to get as far as you have to see those great results!

For those challenged by nicodemon regularly, what motivates you to keep on keeping on?
For those that are annoyed, say weekly, what do you see, what lies ahead?
And the longer term listeners, any reasons why you might consider smoking again?
