Hi Jazz, Yes, it happens to a lot of people, and a break is always good. Its a sign of confidence, which is great. When you feel the need, come back and let us know how you are doing. I wish you many smokefree thoughts. Hey Jazz, I had a dream night before last about smoking. It was the second one in 7 months. Maybe the dreams are to remind us how bad it is to smoke. I seemed to feel so quilty in my dreams. I'm sure glad it was not real. I hated that guilty feeling when I smoked. I will watch for you next week. You have a good weekend too. Good morning all. Welcome to another smoke free day! I'm doing really really well with my quit, I actually felt a little inner peace yesterday afternoon and it's continued into today. I'm not sure where it came from, but it feels like 1000 pds has been lifted off my shoulders for some reason. Something I've found the last couple of days while being on this site, is that I seem to be having more thoughts/dreams of smoking. I try to not think about smoking, but wonder if the amount of time I spend here is just reminding myself that I was a smoker. I don't really know how to explain it. We try to put it out of our minds, but am I just reinforcing those thoughts by being constantly reminded that I'm not smoking? Don't worry, I'm not falling off the wagon (NOPE), I'm just going to take a break from here for a couple of days and see if it helps. Have a wonderful smoke-free weekend everyone!! Keep on keepin' on. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/3/2008 Smoke-Free Days: 36 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 720 Amount Saved: $273.60 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 20 Mins: 28 Seconds: 39
